Greens Web Dev is Tom Green: one person who builds small websites properly and looks after them afterwards.
How we work
Most small businesses don't need a big agency, a page builder with forty plugins, or a monthly bill for things they never use. They need a site that loads instantly, says the right things, turns up on Google, and doesn't break.
So that's what we build. Every site uses the same tested foundation, which means the slow and fragile parts have already been designed out, and the time goes into your words, your photos and your design instead.
The GWD Site Kit
Our sites run on our own small platform, the GWD Site Kit. Visitors only ever receive plain, pre-built pages, which is why they're so fast and why there's nothing on the public side to hack. Behind the scenes there's a simple admin where you change text, photos and events, and every change can be undone.
Each client gets their own server, nightly encrypted backups that we actually test, and no tracking scripts, so there's no cookie banner either. This website runs on exactly the same setup.
