Cookies and tracking
We don't use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers on the public pages, and they don't load anything from other websites. The only cookie on this site is the login cookie for our own admin area, which is strictly necessary for it to work.
When you contact us
If you send a message through the contact form, we keep what you wrote, along with your name, email address and anything else you chose to give us, so that we can reply and talk to you about the work. A copy is stored in our website's admin for up to 12 months and then deleted. The message is also emailed to us through Resend, a transactional email service, and the email is kept in our mailbox for as long as we're in touch about the work.
We don't share your details with anyone else or use them for marketing.
Server logs
Like all websites, our web server keeps a short log of requests (your IP address, the page requested and your browser type) to keep the site secure and working. These logs are kept for up to 14 days and then deleted. The website is hosted by DigitalOcean in London, UK.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
